What is Pick locker?

We are glad to share that Pick Locker is available as a delivery option!

For buyers who prefer their parcels to be collected at another location instead of their address, this is the option for you!

Step by Step guide

1. Place an order with us and choose Pick Locker as delivery option.
2. Provide Preferred Pick Locker Station information to us via Whatsapp 80274834.
3. Our staff will confirm with you on Whatsapp before proceeding with the shipment.
4. Receive a SMS/Email when your parcel is ready for collection at the chosen Pick locker station.

At the Pick locker station, click on Collect Parcel.
Key in the Parcel Collection PIN sent to your SMS/Email.
Collect your parcel and remember to close the door properly before you leave!
