Shipping Information

Orders are processed daily except for Sunday & Public Holidays.

DISCREET SHIPPING

Orders placed with us will be packed discreetly in a brown carton box or corresponding courier packaging. No one will know what is packed inside during shipping.

Following information cannot be found on the parcel

• 'HaremToys' will not appear on the box
• 'Sex Toy', 'Onahole' or product related information will not appear on the box

 

Local Delivery (1-3 working days)

A 3rd party logistic will be assigned to deliver the parcel to you.

• Tracking number & URL will be provided.
• Parcel will take 1-3 working day to be delivered to you, after it is shipped out.

 

Pick! Locker (1-6 working days)

Parcel will be deposited to your selected Pick! Locker

• Tracking number will be provided (Tracking URL, tracking can be checked after the parcel is collected by courier OR deposited into your selected locker).
• Courier will take 1-3 working days to collect the parcel from locker drop off. After collecting the parcel, the courier will take another 1-3 working days to deliver to your selected locker. Usually it takes 1-3 working days for the whole process.

Parcels need to be collected within 3 days (72 hours) after the parcel is deposited to your selected locker.

 

Same Day Delivery ($20 fee)

For this delivery option, please check with us via whatsapp (80274834) before placing order.
A 3rd party logistic will be assigned to deliver the parcel to you.

• Orders need to be placed before 2pm. Not available on Sunday & Public Holiday.

Example 1: Order is placed on Monday 1pm, it will be shipped out on the same day.
Example 2: Order is placed on Sunday 1pm, it will be shipped out on the next working day.

• Shipping arrangement will be done between 1-2pm.
• Delivery may take up to 6 hours (Receive between 2-7pm)
  
• For orders between 2pm - 6pm, please check with us via whatsapp for availability.
• Orders after cut off timing will be shipped out next working day
